We ship Mondays and Tuesdays
Your beef leaves the ranch frozen solid and packed to stay that way. Shipping at the start of the week means the box is moving while everyone is working and lands on your doorstep before the weekend.
A box that goes out on a Thursday or a Friday can sit in a depot over the weekend with nobody to move it along. That is exactly how beef arrives soft, and we are not willing to risk your order to save a day.
So if you order Wednesday through Sunday, your box goes out the following Monday. You are not waiting because we are slow. You are waiting because we would rather it arrive right.
Pickup and local delivery run all week
If you are close by, you do not have to wait for a Monday at all. Pickup and local delivery run any day of the week, and there is no shipping cost.
Choose pickup or local delivery at checkout and we will sort out a time that works for you.
You can also catch us at the farmers market on Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM, through the end of October.
How it ships
Orders go out frozen, in an insulated box, from the ranch in Ronan, Montana. You will get tracking by email as soon as the label is scanned.
If something arrives wrong
If your order turns up damaged, thawed, or is simply not what you ordered, send us a photo within 7 days and we will make it right. Email info@e6beef.com.
